You must not share your login details with any third party. th444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify th444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
th444 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
All financial transactions on the th444 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). th444 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.
Deposits are generally credited to your th444 account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. th444 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions, subject to KYC verification status and internal fraud review procedures. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
th444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside th444's control. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
th444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of th444.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, th444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. th444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your th444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
th444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. th444 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
th444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.
You may close your th444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the th444 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines. th444 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates with relevant regulatory authorities including the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable.
th444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, th444 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
